so yesterday was pretty boring. we didn't do much really because it was sunday.

today, we woke up and i went to the bank to deposit some money, then came home and clint and i went to the brazos animal shelter to check and see if we could get the little puppy that we wanted. well...they made a mistake, again, and we didn't get it.
so we went to the doctor and found out that i have a staff infection in my ankle...it didn't feel very good, because the doctor stuck a needle in my ankle and squirted numbing solution in there...it hurt soooooooo bad. well then he made a few cuts, and i didn't feel that, but then he started cutting inside...ouch! well he squeezed some uckies out and then packed some cotton in there. that hurt like a bitch!
after the doctor we drove over to panda so i could drop off my stupid doctors note so i wouldn't get fired...and then went to drop off my prescriptions. after dropping those off, we went to the animal shelter, and found another puppy we liked, so we adopted it. yay! his name is burke. he's going to the vet tomorrow and we get to pick him up tomorrow afternoon...after i go to the doctor again. just hope i don't have to go to the hospital like clint did...and if i do, you guys better come and visit me...lol.

the rain was nice, and i'm glad that a cold front came in again. it's very nice outside.
