great news!! the ASTROS have a chance to go to the playoffs. WOOHOO!! we are the third team with 57 wins. how exciting is that? i am so proud of my team this year, they are doing great even without stinky Beltron. playing the mets this week was great, and it was even better that all the fans booed everytime Beltron came around. the only thing that sucked was that we lost today for the first time in 7 games...9-4, but it's all right, we beat them the other three times we played them. good games good games. today was horrible though. at the top of the 9th, one of their guys went to steal 3rd base...well he didn't make it in time, but the ref called him safe. that really pissed me off. i threw my hat on the ground and was yelling...clint had to calm me down. it was kind of funny, but really shitty of them.
so anyway, we're moving back to B/CS tomorrow. i'm so excited. we probably won't be there for good until about wednesday, because we have to finish things up here on base and everything, but we are moving tomorrow and tuesday.
to all you partyers out there: clint and i will be having a little coming home party once we get back to B/CS. we will be sending out little emails as soon as we figure out when that will be. also, we know this is a long time from now, but we're thinking about doing a costume party for halloween...so keep your night open, so we can have some fun!
